If you had to find one word to sum up Michelle, it might be “willing”. She is gracious, generous, and absolutely happy to help in whatever way she can, making her an invaluable part of any team, project, or organization. Michelle is a rare combination of macro and micro thinking and appreciates understanding the greater context of any task, no matter how tiny. She also fosters a spirit of true responsiveness, and is not a fan of letting things sit, gather moss, or get stuck in the mire of the day. On a personal level, she is deeply concerned with the growing population of individuals and families experiencing homelessness and food insecurity, and frequently volunteers her time to local organizations. On any given Sunday you can find Michelle in church, where she practices gratitude and enjoys a genuine sense of community.
